#2 from 30 LO's

hey, back today with another LO from my own 30LO's challenge. This time I used the scketch from over at Creative Scrappers, which I really liked because found it is a low horizon composition structure. I know, cos I'm taking part in Claudine Hellmuth's Composition for Collage class on Big Picture Classes and this weeks topic was horizon composition structure :D.  So let me show what I came up with:
So? do you like it? I must admit that I am pretty happy with the results. I built the whole thing onto a BG ledger paper. Stencilled letters and dots, then stamped some cirles/flowers. You cannot tell that I love masking tape, can you ?? I made a black mist from just acrylic and water poured into a spray botlle. It sprays in big drops, but I like it. The other mist was Juniper from Tattered Angels. Some Prima felt flourish and ready :D Oh no, not just yet. I had to try my new Liquitex Glass bead texture  gel ... WOW Can you see, little glass beads?? I coloured the with some perfect pearls :)

Love textures as you know, so it is somethink that I will defo use again.
let me if you like it...

#1 from 30 LOs

Hi all, I haven't been blogging for a while now again. Oh well, that's me :D. Today's the day when I reveal the first layout of the 30 in my 30 LO before I turn 30 challenge. I have used the sketch from over Skethcy Thursday. I like to alter the sketches a bit, using them in a different way. I had to turn this one as well, I only had landscape photos. I inked (paint-ed) up my new Prima stamp, this is absolutely fab,  I think it's called Hollyhocks, or something like this. Here's my little creation.

So? what do you think? I won't show you now how messy my fingers are :D Used a little sewing machine again, it gives sucha great texture and to make the LO dimensional, all the elements are popped on foam adhesive. And for the title I used some American crafts Thickers ( you can't have enough of them).
The first one is completed on time, let's see what I creat next week. If you want to read about the photos, pop over to the 30 LO before I turn 30 page
